Buddy Up For Weight Loss! |

A recent study of 2000 women showed that people (women in this case) are more likely to succeed on a weight loss program if they are doing it with someone else. I don't think this is a big surprise, right? I have always said if you start a fitness training routine or a meal planning program you should tell 10 people about it...the more you tell, the more you are accountable to!
That is what most of our lives come down to - Accountability! Accountability to our jobs - would you show up every day if you knew half of your team wasn't there...or maybe your boss is never there? Accountability to our children - those of us who have children have never-ending things that hold us accountable.
Shouldn't it be the same with weight loss? Fitness Training? Meal Planning?
Do the following to help hold you accountable to your fitness training and meal planning program:
1. Tell 10 people about your intentions and describe your goal...the more specific the better. 2. Set appointments for your fitness training routines. Even if you are doing them at home, alone! 3. Set time aside each week for the next week's meal planning. 4. Get a fitness training buddy, or participate in a personal training program or hire an online personal trainer. 5. Write down your fitness training routine and meal planning program and review both of them at the end of the week...with your buddy you have one!
Good Luck!
