So Starbucks is jumping on the Low-Cal bandwagon and will be rolling out "lighter" versions of their lattes and mochas over the course of this year.  They now have Skinny lattes and mochas, 90 caloriesbecause they're made with non-fat milk, sugar-free syrup and no whip!   That is wonderful, but those who are health conscious, those who have fitness training routines, and those who do meal planning,  are those who have been requesting their lattes and mochas this way for years!  I find that more often than not, the person who appears to need the Venti Mocha, Extra Mocha, with Heavy Whip the least, is the one who orders it the most!  It is how the fat get fatter.

So what can we do?  We can't stop Starbucks...hey, I like Starbucks anyway - It's not their fault for capitalizing on the "Non-Fitness Training - No Meal Planning - Would-Never-Consider Personal Training" Americans, right?  We just have to keep encouraging people to make better meal planning choices, and push those we love into fitness training regimens for their own good!
