Optimum nutrition starts with breakfast, but what does your morning start with? From my 25 years of experience in the personal training industry, and the thousands of clients I have come in contact with, I have found that most people leave "planning" out of their breakfast Meal Planning. So what do they do?
A quick stop at Starbucks for a latte? A drive through McDonalds for a McMuffin? Or, just EAT NOTHING!?1?

Now, to be fair, there are a lot of bad meal planning choices at both places, but if you absolutely have to make the trip in the morning, here are a few choices that won't hurt you once in awhile...
McDonalds English Muffin with Grape Jam - 195 calories Scrambled Eggs - 170 calories
Starbucks Coffee of The Week - 5 calories Tazo Green Iced Tea - 80 calories
Look guys, it's hard enough to stay away from calories each day...make a conscious effort to start the day off right with a good choice! Choose some of the better meal planning choices above, shoot for optimum nutrition, and the rest of your day will be a lot easier!
